- All vaccines, internal or external parasite treatments, rabies titer tests or any other requirements for the pet, are the responsibility of the person exporting the pet for travel.
- All travel documents must be completed correctly for the country of destination, including documents for any connecting or lay over countries (if applicable). I will confirm that all documents completed by Roncesvalles Animal Hospital will be reviewed by me for accuracy.
- If travelling by air, I have confirmed with the airline all of their requirements for travel on their airline
- If travelling by air or car, I have confirmed with all countries involved of their requirements for travel through their country.
- I will not hold Roncesvalles Animal Hospital liable for any issues that may arise before, during or after the travel of this pet.
