What are we doing at this point in our clinic to protect against COVID19?

    • PLEASE BE ADVISED, AS OF MONDAY MARCH 30TH WE WILL BE REVISING OUR HOURS AS FOLLOWS;        Monday-Thursday 900-600, Friday 900-500, Saturday 900-100
    • We have implemented a LOCKED-DOOR policy to help flatten the curve of COVID19, No clients will be permitted to enter the clinic
    • We are washing our hands regularly and using proper hygiene techniques
    • Booking appointments 1 hour apart as much as possible
    • All appointments are booked as Telehealth. We will ask you to bring your pet for us to take into the clinic and we will call or facetime you during or after the exam while you wait outside
    • We encourage you to use our online pet store for all food orders at
    • Call to pre-order  and pre-pay for your supplies for easy pickup
    • We are wiping down all high contact areas regularly including doors knobs and lobby desk throughout the day
    • When booking appointments, we ask clients if they start to show any signs of flu like symptoms to please call and re book your appointment
    • Payments accepted will be credit card over the phone or e-transfer, please discuss this with staff before your appointment. 
  • In the event that we must close the clinic due to a lack of staffing or illness, we will follow the below procedures;
    • We notify the local and veterinary emergency clinics of our absence
    • We will post a notification on our door, Facebook, Instagram, website and telephone system
    • Someone will monitor emails, phone messages and we will be replying to them as needed.
    • Someone will be able to meet clients at the clinic to get their food and medication throughout the day.

Please practice social distancing, be neighborly and watch out for your elders as they are the ones at risk. Remember we are all in this together.
