Roncesvalles Animal Hospital is committed to providing our clients and their pets with outstanding care. When an appointment is canceled without appropriate notice, we have lost a time slot that another patient could have been accommodated in. Because of this, we have a cancellation policy in place to avoid being in the position of turning away a patient who could be in need of timely medical care.
Cancellation Policy
- Missed appointment or showing up late (more than 10 minutes after appointment start time) with a Veterinarian: $52.50
- Missed appointment or showing up late (more than 10 minutes after appointment start time) with a Veterinary Technician: $35.00
- Cancelling or rescheduling your surgical appointment with less than 72 hours notice: $250.00
- Cancelling or rescheduling your laparoscopic procedure with less than 2 weeks notice: $250.00
- If cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or showing up too late to be seen happens habitually, we will require that a deposit is left at the time of future bookings.
